We are contracted with multiple insurance companies.  Please contact your insurance company to verify your benefits.

If we are out of network with your provider we would be happy to provide you with a superbill that you may submit.

Whether or not we are a preferred provider with your insurance company, we can not guarantee that they will pay for your care. As with any other health care provider, you are responsible for any portion of your care that your insurance company does not cover.
